Authors who publish with the International Journal of Constitutional and Administrative Law (IJCAL) agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication of the work.

  2. All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

  3. This license permits others to copy, redistribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material, provided that:

    • appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal;

    • the material is not used for commercial purposes; and

    • any derivative work is distributed under the same license as the original.

  4. Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work, with acknowledgment of its initial publication in IJCAL.
